Don’t know the promo code, but if you fill in the first(and only) boxes that appear then click submit they will tell you to fill in your name. On that screen,the rest of the screen is red, above what you filled in click in the middle or there maybe the blinking line where you would normally start typing. Start to type your name–that’s it! On the next screen where it wants you to pick a restaurant near you, you can only see afew so you may have to pick one you can see or maybe guestimate the one you need is covered up and click in that spot.

Hum, it asked me to enter my first name but there was no place for it so I wrote it where it said promo code but that didn’t work either.
