There is no way I can select a Canadian province!! I have tried enterting my postal code and selecting Canada but it just shows US states to select from!! BUMMER!!
When completing their form, enter both your city and province in the ‘City’ field. The ‘State’ field can be left blank. Enter your postal code without the space in the ‘Zip Code’ field.
The form went through for me when I completed it that way.
After entering your birth date, make sure to select Canada as your country right underneath.
That’s probably why. I did another one today just fine.
Also, it says that state/zip are required for US residents…which we are not.
So i just put my postal code.
