There is such a thing as working out too much and being overly muscular. I think an easy way to know you’re over muscular is the point at which you can no longer raise your arm high enough to scratch an itch on your chin. I’m sure there are plenty of other simple things a built person like that can’t do ….which seems like such an inconvenience!
