Free Samples of Books from Random House
Random House is giving away free samples of it’s books. Why books as free samples? I recently read a New York Times article that free samples like this are mainly because they want you to read the books and hope you’ll buy more. In fact as they wrote “More than half of the “best-selling” e-books on the Kindle, Amazon.com’s e-reader, are available at no charge.”
These free samples however can be read in your hand like we’re used to. They aren’t pdf, text files or whatever. In fact there are even three of these free samples so you can have plenty to ready until summer finally gets here.
Walking to Gatlinburg
Secrets of Eden
The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks

Every time I put in for free books, I never get them.
I agree with Doreen, the free books never come but I keep trying.
A long while ago there were 16 free e-books that were downloadable. Finding a way to read them without an e-reader is a bit of a challenge. Getting by with a laptop. Oh well
