I tried entering postal code with capitals, lower case, space, no space and no luck…aaarrrggghhh!!! Soooooo annoying!!!

I just signed up used lower case WITH a space.

When I signed up for the sample it gave me a tracking code, I looked up the tracking code and it said it couldn’t find my request and that I should log on to their website and do it again. It’s in the UK, so I guess it’s not really a surprise.

Use a postal code in the lower case with no spaces in between to apply for the Hugo Boss freebie. It worked for me!

I just entered my Postal Code without a space and it went through !!! TRy again maybe.

won’t accept my postal code, says it is invalid, but it’s not, tried it with space & without, sigh

Couldn’t send in request for sample, it kept coming back that the address didn’t match the postal code. It has for the last 10 years.
